Okay, what would you say to a potential personal training client who says this to you about losing weight? “Maybe I should try to lose some more weight on my own before working with you.”
If you don’t want to get these types of objections from your clients (I don’t have the money! I don’t have the time! Maybe I’ll try to do it on my own!) that starts with YOU. Set the energetic standard that you want to receive from your future clients.

The truth is, I don’t know how long it’s going to take *you* to get results – because that depends on you. I know this program is proven to work within 90 days when a competent trainer does the work – watches all the modules, shows up to the zoom coaching calls, applies them at their gym, books the appointments they’re supposed to book, and doesn’t quit when things get discouraging. Are you willing to do all those things?

This sounds more like impostor syndrome than actually being bad at what you do. In fact, I’m sure you’ve noticed trainers who aren’t as good as you… being super successful.
Ask yourself – what results have I created for myself? What fitness results have I created for others? If you can list any results, then you don’t have a “sucking” problem – you have a sales skill problem.
Remember, all you have to do is be a farther ahead than your client and be willing to help them. You don’t need to have decades of experience, be an IFBB pro or 2% body fat. You need proper positioning for your unique skillset, and sales and marketing tools that actually work to close luxury buyers.

$0 to $11.5k in 90 days, Nationally Ranked for New Hire Sales.
“Lauren personally mentored me as a new hire at a luxury fitness club. Without her support and guidance, I would never have achieved $11.5k in sales in my 3rd month of business. Her approach went well above and beyond the in-house education provided by corporate management. I highly recommend working with her.” – qJames K.
