Meet Lauren Betancourt
From once working out with Dwayne “the Rock” Johnson and sharing a locker room with Kelly Ripa, Lauren is no stranger to the luxury fitnes market.
Her former clients include the former CEO of Soulcycle and Today show anchors, along with professional athletes and everyday people.
Lauren graduated with her Master’s degree in Exercise Science with a concentration in Strength and Conditioning in 2009, from Springfield College. She is an NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, Certified Stretch Specialist and Precision Nutrition Level 1 Coach.
Shortly after graduating, she was recruited to work for one of the most prestigious luxury training programs in the country – as one of only two female coaches out of a staff of 20, nationally.
She was constantly “in trouble” with her boss, who told her just to “go out there and get clients” – which she royally sucked at.
It took years of practice, plus more than $50,000 invested in sales and marketing training from top sales experts, for Lauren to become a “natural salesperson.”
A former military spouse, Lauren has moved address more than 9 times in ten years and restarted her personal training clientele from scratch – twice.
During the most recent restart, Lauren took her training business from $0 to over $11k sales in just 90 days – in a suboptimal economic climate – and helped her new hire colleague do the same.
That’s when she realized she had finally perfected the luxury personal training sales formula – AND how to teach it to others….
…and the Fully Booked Personal Training Academy was born.
